To help you include Yoga as part of your daily life, you can join my facebook community group where I share free videos and meditations.

 Want Free Yoga  and an online  community?

Ane can join online Yoga. However, please be mindful and always respect your body's limitation(s). Make sure to complete the registration form prior to your first lesson with Veroyoga (available after booking).
Veroyoga will not be held responsible in case of injuries suffered while practicing Yoga online.
