All of my classes are open to beginners as spaces are limited and individual attention is given. You have a range of choices between Sun Power Yoga, Vinyasa and gentle Yoga on this page.

What to bring/wear?
Arrive and be ready 5-10 min before class.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring a jumper / warm layer for relaxation at the end.
You own Yoga mat for hygienic reasons
A bottle of water.
Any props you wish to use.
Sun Power Yoga
Sun Power Yoga is a Style of Yoga that combines 4 traditional lineages. Ashtanga (for the heat, flexibility and stamina), Sivananda (mind and breath work), Iyengar (anatomy and alignments) and Hatha for the theory, philosophy and classical Asanas. This practice is generally dynamic offering various challenges for your outer physical and inner self. This form of Yoga is suitable for all bodies. Regular yogis and new practitioners are equally welcomed.
