The Koshas

Who are you really ? In the Taittiriya Upanishad, an ancient Tantric yoga text, a human being is described as having five sheaths, or koshas, that interpenetrate each other, encasing the soul like the layers of an onion. Dive in with me in this workshop and find out more on these layers. This workshop consist of a theoretical and practical take on the 5 koshas.

The Yamas

The Yamas are parts of the 8 limbs of Yoga described by Pantanjali. They represent a set of guidelines for one’s ethical standards and sense of integrity, focusing on our behaviour and how we conduct ourselves in life. Learn more on each Yama and how to incorporate them into your personal practice on and off your Yoga mat.

Introducing Chanting to your practice

Chanting can be quite daunting. However, when done with intention and regularly, it has wonderful physiological, emotional and mental benefits. Find out more in this workshop. You will be provided with a few different chants which will learn meaning & pronunciation. Do not be shy, give it a go.
